Terms and Conditions for Cleaner Services
1. Services Provided
    o The company agrees to provide cleaning services as detailed.
2. Service Scheduling and Cancellations
    o If services are cancelled by the client within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% of the full invoice amount will be deducted as a cancellation              fee.
    o The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible.
3. Access and Safety
    o Clients must provide safe access to the premises and ensure that the working environment is safe for the cleaners.
    o The company is not responsible for any delays or inability to complete the service due to lack of access or unsafe conditions.
4. Liability
    o The company is not liable for any damage or loss caused by normal cleaning tasks unless such damage is due to negligence or willful misconduct by the     cleaner.
    o The company shall not be held liable for any lost items.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
    o The company strives to provide high-quality cleaning services. If the client is not satisfied with the service, they must notify the company within 12 hours,     and the company will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue.
6. Confidentiality
    o The company and its employees agree to keep all client information confidential and to not disclose any personal or sensitive information obtained     during the course of providing cleaning services.
7. Privacy Policy
    o The company respects the privacy of its clients. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services and will     not be shared with third parties without the client's consent.
8. Governing Law
    o These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.
9. Amendments
    o The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
